• What time can we check in?

Check-in is from 14:00h and check-out is until 12:00h in the morning. Our reception opening hours are from 08:00h to 00:00h. If you are arriving outside these hours, please contact us.

• What time is breakfast served?

During the summer months, breakfast is served from 08:00 to 10:30. The rest of the year, from 08:30h to 10:30h.

• What are the opening hours of the restaurant?

The lunch timetable is from 13:30h to 16:00h. Dinner hours are from 20:30h to 22:00h.

• What options are there for lunch or dinner?

We have a complete menu of gastronomic proposals that you can see in the section “The Restaurant”. If you wish, we also have menus available. Table reservations can be made on the spot if there is availability.

• Do you have options for coeliacs?

Yes, we have gluten-free options for coeliacs for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is important that you let us know in advance if you have any intolerances so that we can better organise the service provided and be prepared.

• Is the best price guaranteed by booking through the web?

Yes, on the website you will always find the lowest price compared to other agencies and websites. To guarantee this, if you find it cheaper, with the same conditions, we will keep the best price and refund the difference.

No, pets are not allowed in the hotel.

• From what age are guests considered adults when booking?

You can book with children until they are 12 years old. From 13 years of age onwards they are considered adults and you have to select them as adults when making your booking.

• Is there a car park at the hotel?

Yes, we have a closed outdoor car park for hotel guests. The car park is not enclosed and is right in front of the hotel.

• How far are we from Potes?

We are only 7 minutes from Potes and 20 minutes from the Fuente Dé cable car.

• What can you do in the area

From here you can go on several hiking routes. You can also visit charming villages in the Peaks of Europe, emblematic places such as Santo Toribio de Liébana or do adventure sports.
